Scan the site files for used packages

Will extract all loaded packages using `library()`, `require()` or direct calls `::`.

pkg_scan(path)

Arguments

path	folders containing the Rmd files (defaults to `c("TD", "lectures", "site")`).

Value

path to the Rmd files
